I can't tell which way your feet are pointed in the front double bi, but if they're not already try turning them outwards and bending them slightly, it'll bring out your seperation and quad size more. Overall pretty good except for needing more lats and chest as well as overall thickness in general. How tall are you again?

Lol, well, first I must say that I felt a bit self-conscious about taking still pics of myself posing in the gym. I felt less so about taking a video of a lift so I picked one all on this board should be able to recognize. I did some "Ronnie" rows (t-bar rows) with 8 plates on the bar. Here is a link to the video:

Oh, and let me say this, Alexxx, while still being an idiot, looks pretty decent with respect to being lean and having good abs. His legs look good and his arms ok. His overall upper body mass is lacking sorely but he has a decent physique.

I was too self-conscious about taking still shots of myself in the gym (actually a health club) so I took a video of my training instead. I can also take some shots at home if need be.

Why do you go so low on the negative? I think you would be better served doing 7 plates for about 10 reps than 8 for 3. Just myopinion

Why is his right arm bigger than his left arm.....

Honestly, waist is ok but his chest isn't developed at all. Might be a case of not knowing how to properly pose. I'd say he's about 155-160.
