For anyone that wants to know I've heard Stan has already started his contest prep weighing in around 210 at the time. So I'm predicting he will probably come in about 185/190 or so contest shape.

He's working with Kevin Levrone for the nationals in Miami. So that should be interesting.

I've personally never have met Stan but talked with him through the message boards and have seen his fit show segment, and I must say he seems to be a great laid back guy. There is no reason to hate the man or talk shit about someone you don't know.

I say goodluck to him at the nationals because he should be flattered to have "jumpstart," so obsessed about him!
