Well, I am following the same routines and methods from Arnold Schwartznegger's Book of Modern Bodybuilding and doing the split routines in the morning and evening. Works pretty good.
Those Arnold articles are awesome. That whole book is awesome. I think that a natural doing 6 days a week, 2 sessions, is too much for the CNS.
training 6 days a week is way too much for any natural except if they are doing only 1 bodypart per workout
No, but I'm using my Total Trainer Machine for my morning workouts and going to the gym at night.The only reason I'm holding up is because I'm taking a lot of amino and liver tablets every day as well as some other things. I'm also eating Knox Gelatin to help with joints

vince you should do a program in which you get impressive gains and then get supplementation to that program if you cant grow without all these supplements you cant be training right, id actually say your overtraining
