We had a version of that machine and tried it out in my gym for a while about 30 years ago. If the angle is high enough you can do some effective training. However, who in their right mind would use one to get ready for a contest? Well, if you were locked in a cell that might be better than nothing. Nobody has to put crap on Goodrum because he keeps giving us incredible stuff daily. Maybe I will have to order some bee pollen for my gym! It must be responsible for the rhino-skin he has developed.
Why don't you folks read a little better in the future.
I stated that I use the machine for my morning workouts along with my exercise bike and my swiss ball. This is my home gym folks and I use it for training when I don't have time to get to the gym but right now I'm using it to get my morning routines in.
At night, I had to the gym to train and do more cardio. That's how I get my split routines in. Its a light routine in the morning and a heavy routine at night or vice versa. I can ulitize up to 350 pounds of resistance on the Total Trainer which comes in handy plus I've set it up to use Olympic Weight Plates as well. I can put anyone on this machine and after a few minutes they will know it isn't no joke.
I like the machine, I didn't have to pay for it because I sell so many of them, and it fits my busy lifestyle. Best of all, its helping me get ready for the show because honestly I need all the help I can get.....
