What have we learned here today?

1) Vince stays in fleabag motels.
2) If Vince has ever pissed you off, you know exactly where to find him from Sep 22-24! 

The hotel is old but its clean and its close to the venue plus it has a sundeck and a fitness room which the other hotels don't.  Usually I'll get a quick pump in the fitness room the day before so I don't have to pump up as much before getting onstage plus the sundeck will come in handy in the morning to help dry the skin and bring the veins out.

Pretty much everything else was already sold out.  The Mountaineer is a very big event and there will be a lot of people there.  Besides, I have two more shows this year and I'm not made of money.  I usually choose hotels strategically but I also like to save money.

At the Metrolina, I weighed in at only 183 pounds due to the circumstances.  Right now I'm actually a 190 pounds and pretty depleted so after I carb up and have my normal meals back, I should be around 195-205 pounds.

One thing mandatory to have, when stepping on stage is abs..not even a pic of your abs? did you manage to train/diet hard enough for this show to have abs? or are you just "doing a show to say you did one?"
