Today to celebrate my outstanding work and superior work ethic coupled with awesome genetics I have had the following:

-6 raw eggs
-one large banana
-one cup of 2% milk
-one table spoon of sugar
-one table spoon of honey

All blended together oooooooohhh baby my energy levels are up and I am happy that I have accomplished such a great feat!

Yeah man! I gonna cook up a whole plate full of macaroni!! Gonna pig out for a while but that is fine because I have found the best training method which I started today. I call it the HOLISTIC TRAINING PROGRAM!

Oh I plan on staying at this bodyfat percentage I am just going to experiment and try to find my calorie limit with this new training.

To be honest I forgot to check for a few weeks now. I am probably around 220pds.
