obviously he doesn't know a thing about marketing........he could have ridden this suspension thing and become a known name..........he might not quit until his 15 mins of fame are over.

Hey guys...Val said this was his best placing in a long time....He said he has been a IFFBB for yrs and never placed higher then 13th i believe he said....Thats alot of time and money invested for nothing....He made a decision to better his career...He was very laid back and proud to be in top 6 and recieve some money in the progress....Hopefully he will be REIMBURSED his Entry Fee from the AC SHOW...Best of luck to him...Heres a pic of us in comparisons...He got 6th and i was a close 7th behind him...hmmmm..Sorry they wldnt let me post the comparison shot...anyone know how to resize pics?

Guy looks pretty good to me. As Sean said in his post he has made a decision that he feels will benefit his career. Best of luck to the both of them. Can't say I blame them either.

My point is, if you pro BB for several years straight and can't win jack shit, isn't it time to find another profession?

Here's an analogy: my wife, who is a pre-op transexual (yes, I'm very proud of her) has a brother who has been trying to make into the music business with his band for about ten years.  Still doing shitty local gigs, still dreaming the big dreams.  In the meantime he lost his house because he lost his job and couldn't make the payments, all because of the music.  My wife had to postpone her sex change surgery for several years because we couldnt afford it cuz we were paying off his debts.
