Yup, every set I'll yell it out! "this one is For LEE" Then when the weight starts to get heavy and I don't think i can do another rep, I'll think of the IFBB and what they did and I'll say "5 more for the PDI C"MON!" and it works boys, it does!

I watch this vid on youtube probably about 7 times a day even if its just for a few seconds i get pumped for the gym, i hope it does the same for all ya! take care

If anyone has others like that, please post the link. Vids with music like that sure make me want to go to the gym. I have a few with Lee like that, but not better than any of his vids or dvd's of the month. I suggest them to anyone.
