I could EASILY get down to 0.0%, bro... The thing is, I need a certain amount of bodyfat to cushion my joints as I lift those ungodly weights. I've found, through trial and error, that 0.0003% is more-or-less optimal...
In any case, I had it measured it by Jim Quinn at Gold's Venice, and it was apparently the second-lowest ever recorded!!!!!!
Now excuse me, fellas, I've got to head to the gym -- it's shoulder day, which means 1200-pound military presses, 50,000-pound shrugs (yeah, I've got strong traps), and 250-pound laterals...
