Yeah it must be rare because I attended around 4 natural bodybuilding shows, granted thats not a lot and no one was close to being 200 pounds ripped and the school I attend has no one ripped at 200 pounds naturally.

I know there are a few, AzdrugFree for one, who is a Natural Pro. (Damn shame that Vince didn`t take him up on that offer as I would have loved to slayed his method and shown Curt something amazing.)

Where are they?

actually I have no clue what he or anyone else on here look like. I do know people who are ripped at over 200 though. And no, I think anyone over 10%bf looks like shit.

TA, no way! My first show i was 170...too light...next were 185, and all said i looked my best..

200 and im good (offseason) . Contest shape 190-185. I am 33 and I have good muscle mass.

I want to snap some pics at the gym but its crowded when i go..might have to wait till sat morning when i go and its quiet.

But did you bring the level of conditioning that you should have?

4 percent at 190 will bring about any trophy home and even a pro card at a Natural show.

I can get on stage at 230,I`d still place ahead of Goodrum, but I would looks just awful.
