interesting ive never takin that....tell me what you know about this, its like the end of my collar bone right at my sholder , you know where the point is, but it hurts too the touch sometimes even more so if i do alot of front delt work, it doenst really bother me but the point i think gets inflamed to where if you put some pressure with your hand it hurts
Yeah, I've had that. Last time I injured my shoulder like that it happened right before a contest, which sucked. I've been careful with my shoulders ever since. If it's too tender to work or feels worse when you exercise it, give it a rest. Switch up your chest routine if you have to and avoid any direct shoulder work that aggravates it. MSM will help it heal up more quickly, but it will still take time. Try switching to flyes and dumbbell presses for chest if benching aggravates it too much, and for me at least I found that when I slowed down my reps on shoulder work and kept continuous tension on there I was able to still work it and strengthen it without injuring myself further. in the end though, you have to gauge it yourself. Some injuries you can work through, others you can't. If it doesn't seem to be healing up at all, take some time off from any kind of lifting that hits it for a few days to a week. Also, if Ibuprofen reduces the pain and swelling, then it's usually not too bad. If it doesn't, then it might be somehting more severe and probably needs rest. This is mostly anecdotal though, and I don't know if your problem is the same as some as I've had or if you'll respond the same, but hopefully at least some of what I've said can help.
