ruhls legs are harder than jay's but jay has better shape and sweep.

ruhl kills cutler from the front. but jay wins the back and he is usually a bit dryer than ruhl.

but ruhl can beat cutler.

He doesnt dwarf Jay, not even close. Lb for lb Jay has way more mass than Ruhl

An argument can be made that Ruhl should have beaten Cutler at the AC in 2003 when they were compared. Ruhl definitely has a bigger frame than Cutler and certainly has more mass than him lb for lb. Anyway... as always IFBB judges will be too close-minded to look past previous placings and the top names... just as you are.

Ruhl is about 275-280 at 5'11, Jay has 270 at 5'7 or so. How on earth can you say Ruhl has more lb for lb mass? Jays physique is on a level that Ruhl just wont get to because he hasnt got the tools to get there. Everything on his body is big but it doesnt blend that well IMO
