Because he'll need a few of us "stupid " people to vote for him if he wants to be elected.

Aren't you in Georgia? Trump is winning there, with or without you.

Go to the gym, that day. Blast those pecs.

I was able to find Trump's positions in 5 seconds.

Perhaps Howard's Google is broken.

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions

You make a valid point and as some of Trump's policy statements and plans are pretty good.
The problem is , what gets out and resonates with the general public, especially those in the middle.

Trumps campaign style didn't allow the real issues he had going to resonate with the majority of America.
YES, he has some solid positions, but he spent too much time and energy on macho posturing.

Fair or not, the Trump campaign was branded by building the wall, banning Muslims and groping woman at will.
Sadly, his trade and economic plans were drowned out by the inflammatory rhetoric.

AGAIN, we know Trump had some good ideas on important issues.
He simply did a lousy job of staying on message to drive those points home to Joe and Jane  Blow

Since you want to ask questions, why do you take Trump to task for everything yet hold Hillary to no standards at all?

Hillary willingly received debate questions in advance. You were a teacher. If one of your students got test questions in advance, would you just let it slide?

The most persuasive argument any of you can give  is that it's a 50/50 crap shoot that Trump might do a good job.
??? wow, and to think some wonder why Hillary still has a slight lead in most polls going into the last week.

Here's the deal : BOTH sides went negative during this campaign. BUT Hillary did a much better job of laying out some actual policy positions that got thru all the negative noise.

Look at the majority of Trump supporters posting here and on other blogs.
Most of it only bashes Hillary and is short on optimism and reasonable plans to make the country better.
It's like some disgruntled ex-husband bashing his former spouse no matter what she does or did.
Eventually, everyone thinks he's just a bitter old ex-husband .
In the end , most of the Trump supporters yelled to each other about how bad Hillary sucks.
While the Hillary camp did plenty of that too, "some" of her message got out and  swung some moderate votes her direction.

Like what?

Fair point !  For starters I was a big supporter of Marco Rubio in the primary.
BUT, he didn't get the nomination , Trump did.

Obviously, I'm not thrilled with everything Hillary is for or does.
BUT she does a much better job of dealing with scandal then Trump does.
Trump could have pounded her on a variety of key issues .
His camp made the BIG mistake of making , juvenile sounding insults instead.

For example, Trump got blasted for the pussy groping taped comments on the bus ride.
Hillary was fed an advance question from a DNC member.
Notice that Hillary's camp deflects the charge on the advance question.
AGAIN< Trump attacked back and threatened to sue the woman who made harassment charges.
That's dumb politics and that attitude and thin skin would ruin his ability to govern effectively.

BUT, what did everyone hear and talk about? Pussy grabbin' Trump!
Trump helped keep the story alive by being so defensive.
He could have let it go and simply apologized to the woman of America.

Hillary on the other hand does a much better job staying on message and minimizing the damage.
For example, during the 2nd and 3rd debates Trump charged her with bashing the victims of Bill's conduct.
She shrugged it off as old news and got right back on message.

Being an effective politician requires one to navigate the minefield of political attacks.
Like or or hate her, ya gotta admit, Hillary stays on message and minimizes the damage from attacks.
That's how things get done in Washington.

Fair point and it deserves a serious answer.

While I like some of Trump's policies, I  don't think he could work effectively with congress.
In my personal opinion and judgement, he shows a lack of ability to reach out and compromise with those he doesn't automatically agree with.

I honestly think Hillary would be effective at governing.

On this "effectiveness"  issue we will likely disagree and that's why we have an election.

If it's a fair point, then why is Trump out of line for being concerned about rigging? She cheated on a debate. So, obviously she's not to be trusted in any capacity.

The point I made was about a kid whose judgment capacities aren't fully developed. Hillary is a 70 year old woman who's still cheating on tests.

He did play into the media game a bit too willingly, a few too many times.  I really can't disagree with that.

Good point.

1. The same pollsters and voting machines that had him winning the nomination are rigged.
Imagine all the GOP members of congress up for reelection and TRUMP is screaming the vote is rigged.
You think they want their supporters to think its rigged?!

2. He needs more evidence and proof to make the claim become legit.
Right now he sounds like a spoiled brat instead of a head of state.

How about this. It's his first time running for any office. He's gonna make a few mistakes. Any of us would too.

All things considered, his campaign has been nothing short of amazing. His schedule alone would bury most people.

He is winning Florida, NC, Iowa, Ohio easily and now we are hearing the latest that New Hampshire, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan and Wisconsin even are looking to go Trump.

I don't think you have been paying attention at all what has been going on.

It's this the same as your 'mathematical evidence' that Bernie was going to win the nomination?

On Election Day, Hillary will make a clean sweep and all your posts will mean as much as your Bernie posts did.

Fuck all.

Hey moron - try to keep up.  I know you are a liberal tool - and being uninformed is par for the course - but the reference was to the fat chick Hillary had at the debate who was on the Beaty pageant.

But the thread title refers to the Rigged election malarkey and you start talking about fat chicks. Stay on topic...

"It's rigged" claim <--- That's the title of the thread

Howard only brought up the polls.

Yet, Trump talks about various other ways this entire election cycle has been rigged; Bernie Sanders/DNC, imbalanced/partisan media coverage and spoon-fed talking points from the Clinton campaign, and neglect to cover Wikileaks, email scandal & "Pay for Play"

His entire campaign has been saying this since like September.

Both parties used to pick their nominee at the convention until after the 1950's.
The party primary vote is NOT a legally  binding election.
It's a glorified popularity contest to help nominate a favorite of the masses, no more, no less.

I used to tell people that truth about the primary elections.
Until recently, they told me I was crazy , stupid or both LOL
