Yeah…. I was going to train heavy back work today, but since I grew from 6’-4” to 6’-7” on Sunday I am still a little bit wobbly and uncoordinated. I should be more than okay by this evening.

plasma therapy!!! i had it done after suffering for close to a year and a half... 100 percent after 2 rounds and 4 months time "rest"

light eccentric reps ( negative reps ) are great for healing chronic tendinosis

just make sure to entirely leave the concentric ( positive ) part out of the movement

I was getting cortisone shots in the elbow every 6 months but finally seems better and no longer need them can do skill crushers again now without pain

Cortisone can work wonders for inflammation.

Probably should have done that.

save the cortisone for arthritis!!! it will do NOTHING but make it worse over time... tendons dont get shit for blood flow.. the plasma injection will speed the healing... not just mask the pain... this is a buffalo bills drs advice not my own... but it worked 100%.. no drugs, just your own concentrated blood! and a big needle hahaha.
