Literally the only exercise I've ever been able to lift decently at

Some exercises you find you're good at and like and dips is one of mine

6 x 5reps weighted dip with 100lbs
6 x 9reps underhand chin up unweighted
6 x 5reps pike handstand pushup
5 x 20reps hanging leg raises
1 min rest between sets

30 mins roughly in gym

6 sets ez bar curls 110 for 20s

6 sets dips with 45lbs for 20s

6 sets extension machine racked for 15s

Wrist roller for 10 minutes
Superset
1 sets standing calf bw for 150
1 set heel raise bw for 150

Walked 8 miles so far.

Light Back and biceps tonight

Been missing training at home lately so Set up a few more bits of training gear I had previously dismantled so could get through garage to back garden with a wheelbarrow as hand balling everything through for working in the garden was getting old so can do more at home as starting to detest the gym environment as most people are fucking annoying twats

Hammer grip pull-down 1x6, 1x9 (would usually be weighted chins but biceps tendons bit sore from pulling chain about all day at work last 3 days so went with easier option)
Single arm cable row 2x13
Wide grip pull-down 2x12
Wide grip cable row to just below chest 2x12
Concentration curl 1x7, 1x9
Ez bar curl 1x8, 1x10

Experimenting with trying to minimise lower back involvement on one back day of the week other back day will be deadlift, barbell row from floor, single arm lat pulldown and barbell shrug

Great light session today, back and bi's.
Lower-back (not surprisingly) getting better (by not heavy deadlifting).

Back

Light RDL's - 4 sets
Iso-lateral Row-Machine - 4 sets
Pulldowns (machine) - 4 sets
Smith Shrugs - 4 sets

Biceps

Preacher Curls - 4 sets
Cable Curls - 4 sets
Rope Hammer-Curl (with FatGripz) - 4 sets

Do you break out the pull/push/squats into sets like 10/20/30 or do all the pull ups first, then push, etc
