Can we just ignore him here and have an actual training thread?  Confine his nonsense to the other thread.

Thank you, IN.

I don’t care much what BHANKS says. I mean, just last week he was uncontrollably vomiting on himself. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

I worked arms today. I start with dips and then close grip benches. That works my tris but also is like a second chest day.
Then tricep pushdowns for 5sets
Biceps start with a rope handle on a low pulley. I hold both ends of the rope and do curls with a supination.Without stopping I change over to a pronated grip and continue repping. I then change to a hammer grip and get a few more reps then I finish with drag curls until complete failure. That all makes one set. I do this 3 times then finish biceps with 3sets dumbbell curls.
5sets wrist curls then reverse wrist curls then 30 minutes walking for cardio.oh I listened to Bob Segar today

You know all these years even though I love music I never listened to any while training.Well last month my son came over and trained with me and he said he couldn’t train without some music playing. I said well I think I have an old 8track around here somewhere so he laughed and grabbed my phone and sent me some kind of Apple Music thing and I am still learning how to put music on it but I am getting it. I only play it during cardio but it’s a start I guess.

Chest and arms. 6 sets of 12 bench. 6 sets of 12 cable flys. Lots of curls and tricep pull downs for arms. Followed it up with laps around a track outside in the sun for half an hour. Glorious.

yeah I know what you mean on the gyms’ music. I think it helps with cardio as it can be long and boring.

So I came to this thread for some Serious Training advice see if I could learn anything to help me get Yuuuge. Here are some of the tidbits I picked up to become a Monster

GymRat
 Concept Rower - 1 min
   - Kettlebell Swings - 1 min
   - Spin Bike - 1 min
   - Battle Rope - 1 min

Yes, but those are on my off-days. I train Powerlifting style 4 days a week and never miss workouts.

In 44 years I dont think I missed more than 10-planned workouts.
I always made up for them and never take time off.
Just a part of life, which I love.

And no offense (and I dont dislike you) but I'd rather look like me than you. (since youre calling me out).
(Though I think you have a great build for all its been thru)...

Damn BRO!

You and SC are proof you can maintain jacked physiques while improving conditioning and overall health.

If only everyone could be open to various methods of training.
