Yesterday:
2 min airdyne
3 min sled pulls
2 sets:
banded GM x 10
scap clock
shin hop x 5

Strength 1:
Strict press 2 x 4 @ 95% of 3RM

Strength  2:
3 x 5 DB bench at 75% of 3RM

Stamina:
Curtis P:  This is a clean, followed by a left leg lunge while holding weight, then right, then a push press, then repeat, hands never leave bar:

For Time, non stop:
Curtis P x 5  / 10 pull up / 10 push up (this was supposed to be burpees but fuck them, not fucking up my wrist)
Curtis P x 4 / 8 pull up / 8 push up
Curtis P x 3 / 6 pull up / 6 push up
Curtis P x 2 / 4 pull up / 4 push up
Curtis P x 1 / 2 pull up / 2 push up

Accessory:
3 exercises - DB Curl / Tri band press / 45 degree lateral

Do max reps for 30 sec, rest, then next exercise, repeat 3x    sick pump

Today was just a conditioning day:

2 min airdyne.

15 minutes straight of sled work - pull 50 ft, low push 50 ft....start with 155lb add weight up to 395lbs, then back down, no rest

4 mile ruck @ 33 lbs @ 12:56 pace

About 1 hr 10 min of work at a steady pace, not intense.

Yes, but those are on my off-days. I train Powerlifting style 4 days a week and never miss workouts.

In 44 years I dont think I missed more than 10-planned workouts.
I always made up for them and never take time off.
Just a part of life, which I love.

And no offense (and I dont dislike you) but I'd rather look like me than you. (since youre calling me out).
(Though I think you have a great build for all its been thru)...

Training sucked tonight, thought was over a cold/chest bug that had and would be ok to train but once starting was apparently still lingering making getting in enough air nearly impossible

Deadlifts - failed to even break off the floor what should have been a comfortable triple despite trying a few times was disappointing as was only 5th session back conventional deadlifting regularly since getting sick and progress was going ok
Pendlay row - 2x11
One arm pull-down - 1x15, 1x11
Barbell shrugs - 1x13, 1x16

Decided to pack in at this point breathing was shit and felt a bit lightheaded from it was supposed to follow with light squat, leg curls and leg extensions.

I would have chucked in the towel after the deadlifts

As difficult as it might be, walking away from a workout when your body is telling you its not 100% is probably the best thing for you right now

Hey Brian...any time your game for what I did today...let me know.

15 min to work to rpe 7-8/10 for each:

1 rm snatch : 165
1 rm Clean / Jerk : 205

Overhead squat : 185
(I then hit 135 x 20)

AMRAP 9 mins
6 Cal assault bike
30ft bear hug sandbag carry @150#
12 box jumps @ 24"
30ft bear hug sandbag carry @150#
Rounds completed = 5 + 12 box jumps

70 cal row (concept 2) for time : 2:43.8   (your heart would explode even coming close to this)

Sorry I am a weightlifter adding the word assault doesn't make riding a stationary bike hardcore training

Can we just ignore him here and have an actual training thread?  Confine his nonsense to the other thread.

What training you do more gay ass hip thrusters than actual weight lifing
