Iso-Lateral Row - 4 sets
Shrugs - 4 sets
Biceps (Normal curls bothering the front-delt)
Incline D-Bell Hammer Curls - 4 sets
Preacher Hammer Curls - 4 sets
Rope Hammer Curls - 4 sets
