So after sneaking away every night to go lift weights and roll around with men on a mat for 3-4 hours you then take the weekend doing it again?? Aren’t you fun

Back / Bi's

Deadlift (back to it after a month), lower back feeling amazing.
- Many light warmups
- 4 sets of 3 w/ 405 lbs. (reps were easy, like speed-reps)

Pulldowns - 4 sets
Iso-Lateral Row - 4 sets
Shrugs - 4 sets

Biceps (Normal curls bothering the front-delt)

Incline D-Bell Hammer Curls - 4 sets
Preacher Hammer Curls - 4 sets
Rope Hammer Curls - 4 sets

Wide lat pulldown - 3x15

I was telling someone this am at the gym who wished me "good luck"

There is no luck involved here.  I am usually over prepared and precise with my training so that the event is far easier than what I put myself through day to day.

Haha at least one did that I know of years back, not That exact stream but there a network of streams in that area was actually the one closest to town the lazy bastard he is haha, bloke killed a lass with by smashing her head repeatedly with a rock and dumped her in the stream
