Got a cold for the first time in years.

Slight sore throat, scratchy voice, kind of tired, feeling subpar.

Had it for the past few days.

well two weeks since i joined the gym.   

body isn't tolerating it too well, but i need to get in a bit better shape.

57 years old and a couple years off,  if my muscle memory doesn't have
alzheimers i should make some progress.
