I don't know many 10 year olds that are 6' 235 lbs, but if you say so, slim.

Loading them would be the hardest part for me, I'll try it soon. But I don't think I can, never did higher than 110's :-\ But I mainly do barbells so who knows?

when the dumbells get into the 140 + weight every 5 lb increase is felt alot imo, just because a person can do 150 pounders for 8 good reps doesnt mean he will be doin the 160,s for the same reps in 5 months or so.most of us will never be able to handle the 170,s in our lifetime nevermind the 200,s,im sure some of you can and will but unfortunataly most of us wont

Pre pec tear, I was repping the 150's for 8-10 AFTER doing incline presses. I'm 5'3" and around 190-210 so I thought this was pretty heavy.

Now, it has taken me 4 years post injury to get back to 90 lbers for 12 reps. I hope to crack the 100's this year.

I'm not sure how much 140 pounds is but the most i've done is 50 kg dumbells and thats only because my gym doesnt have any heavier ones and i've only been doing 50 kgs for the last 2 months.

gyms I went to only went up to 150's...I would do them for 10 unassisted on incline presses....surprisingly though I only would get 315 for 10 on the incline at the same time.  I'm much better with bells.  The best thing to do is to get the dum bell sleeves at a gym store or online and load them up your self...With some pairs you can get 3- 25's on each side and the bells weigh 10 or so them selves.  It's not that important, but just for fun.

I did the 200lb dumbbells for six reps a few weeks ago at Gold's in Venice. I could have done more but I was having problems with my wrist.

Venice Golds is one of the few gyms you'll find 200's at....some good hardcore places got them or a little lighter but not many.  Vince Mcmahon has them at his gym in CT......and has used them for single arm rows.

My gym only has 100s.  Which I have inclined for 13-14 reps.
