Hahahaha.I know ;D
I always slow down on squats and deadlifts during softball season.
it takes my body to long to recover to be able to play ball.

I've been on a roll lately. It's probably because of having a consistent routine and work-out partner for the first time in years.

I stay pretty consistent, espically since I went to one on one off but I figure the time I miss is sometimes better for me mentally. Sometimes espically the older I get the more rest I can get the better I feel overall.

315x1 and 325x1 close-grip today, finished up with 225x12. i figured out i'd been taking far too long on the negative, so i made that quicker and the weights just blew up. i'll call that a victory.  8)

I had a sick workout yesterday! I'm wondering if losing a wrist wrap helped. Used my normal weight but was down 4 reps overall on the incline db press.

might be psychosomatic. i lost a wrist wrap a while ago and everything over 225 felt like it was going to make my wrists snap. then i stopped using them at all and now unless i'm doing heavy pin presses or board presses i'm fine.

going heavy on walking lunges messes up the point of em, i think. look at any pro, they go light as hell on them. ronnie uses 185-225, a lot of guys rarely go over 135.

last time i did them i used 115 and it was plenty if you're going more than 10 or 11 steps.

Had a really good back and Arms workout yesteday. I know it's gay but after reading all about Milos workout/amino supplement stuff I am trying to follow his lead. I am not spending the cash on his stuff to much money. Just a modified version of EAA's + creatine + glutimine/taurine/NO+ some gatorade. Had a great pump but not sure if that had anything to do with it or placebo effect.

Fucked up getting 375 for flat bench tonight >:(
got up 355 and figured for sure i was getting 375 but i pushed the bar up too far up over my neck and head and ended up needing a spot.
my partner thinks that if i brought it up correct i would of had it.
Damn!
