I can diet on 2500 calories easily.
So I could eat one triple cheeseburger at 11 am lets say. Then another at 5 pm. Then a protein bar for 190 calories at 8 pm. Then 3 oz of Tuna with vegetables at 12 am for 130 calories. Then before bedtime at 3 am I could then have some 6 oz of ground beef and sauce for 250 calories.
There you go. 2500 calories. Too easy.

I'll pull a getbig and call BS on your 250 kcal claim on the beef/sauce dish. 6 oz of cooked ground beef yields about 45 grams of protein. That's 180 kcal there. And probably about 10 grams of fat, and that's assuming you "wash" your ground beef to get noticeable fat off it. That's another 90 kcal, and I'm being generous and conservative here. So you're already up to 270 kcal, without the sauce.
I'd change my mind, maybe, if you meant 6 oz of raw, 90% lean ground beef. That yields about 4 oz cooked. That's more reasonable, but you'd still have to wash the fat off.
PS: Despite my rant above, I like the way you challenge the establishment on dieting ideas.
96 percent Lean Ground Beef is 210 calories for 6 oz or 140 calories for 4 oz.
They even sell it at Wal-Mart. No rinsing needed.

I never eat it really either unless its 70/30 or 80/20 and in a giant Koni Burger.
That would confuse the idiots though so I gave them an easy sample diet they could follow as an example.

No problem at all my friend. Buffalo Meat also shares a similar profile as does Horse and Ostrich. If you are in another country, you may be able to find those if you want something similar.

They all suck. Biscuitville is where it's at. They serve nothing but Biscuits up till 12 Noon. You can gave bacon biscuits, Sirloin biscuits, porkchop biscuits, sasauge biscuits. And the biscuits are all buttermilk as well. Goes great with home made Fried apples (the one's with the consistency of apple sauce-made from Granny Smith apples).

Or myabe it's the fact that a diet composed of 50%+ saturated fat is the only thing known that raises testosterone by 30% and keeps it there - all the other things that boost test only work for a short while until the body adjusts it's feedback loop.

What really made the difference, though, was the 1,200 miligrams of test and 600 miligrams of deca a week, and 30 miligrams of d-bol a day - 3 days on, 2 off. However, I would never have been able to bench that even on sauce, and even for a single rep, without a benching shirt. Without the benching shirt you can subtract over 100 lbs for that lift. Yes, I really should. Too bad I didn't. But of course you are only bringing this up because what you really mean is that I'm full of shit. Fine. If I were in your place, I wouldn't believe me either. Frankly, I don't expect anyone to believe me because the number is pretty high. But seriously, when you're 1.94 meter tall (6'4 1/2) and using sauce almost non-stop - eight week cycles followed by only two weeks off - for almost an year straight, benching 610 lbs for a single rep with the aid of a benching shirt - which adds more than 100 lbs to what you can "really" bench - is not that unbelievable. But I do understand that you don't believe me.

a 500 pound bench for a guy with long ass arms(6'4) on only 30 mgs of dbol with a gram of test in almost insane...I would throw a guess out that its equalivent to a guy being 5'6 to 5'8 benching 600...Which would be Insane...

bump-been getting two of these burgurs three times per week. The past three weeks...my arms are up 1/4 an inch and im fucking leaner. Every other variable training/supplementeation,,,is the same.

Wendy's fries are the worst. They're soggy, and often extra salty. Same thing with their frosty, not that great compared to Mickydies milkshake.

1. Wendys Fries are high quality and cooked perfectly. You have the option of ordering no salt if you like and the amount of salt on them is going to vary at all Wendys as its a result of whoever is making the fries and nothing else.
2. The Frosty is awesome and unique and is not a Milkshake. Its a unique category of its own so comparing them to a Mcdonalds Milkshake is just stupid.
3. The burgers ARE NOT in any way Greasy. They use the standard 80/20 of Pure Ground Chuck so its not going to be greasy. Plus, they use a Smash Technique which will make all the juices and moisture stay within the patty. You are most likely confusing this aspect with "grease". Its not grease or greasy at all.
