The diet is irrelevant. Suffice to say I was taking tons of calories and protein. What really made the difference, though, was the 1,200 miligrams of test and 600 miligrams of deca a week, and 30 miligrams of d-bol a day - 3 days on, 2 off. However, I would
never have been able to bench that even on sauce, and even for a single rep, without a benching shirt. Without the benching shirt you can subtract over 100 lbs for that lift. As for the proof, that was almost 5 years ago. How can I prove it to you?
