personaly,, what i did last time out was..... test and decca and gh (4iu ed) from 16 or so weeks out until 6 weeks out..
then the fun started, ...
suspension 100mg ed, tren 75mg ed, with either prima or masteron at 100mg ed( used to alternate from one to the other every day ) gh upped to 8ius ( stopped week out from show )
dianabol 50mg ed, stromba 50mg ed, anavar 50mg ed.... nolva and arimidex at one tab per day..( this was raise towards show day, with aladactone added 3 days out..)
almost forgott, clen and eca from 10 weeks out too... im not a believer of thyroid and dont think its needed..
the way i ran my diet was just to treat the last week as i did every other week other than the water depleation at end of week, i trained and ate normaly, no carb depleating or loading etc... worked a treat, most peoples hard work is fucked up by following mumbo jumbo trying to get extra full or dry...
if u look good a week out for ,why would u want to change anything and risk fucking up for an extra 1 or 2% ???

I'm hearing more and more of this. Both Eduardo Correa and Chris Aceto both claim Correa coasts into a show with no manipulation of his diet.

Great photo, how did you regulate water going in?
I use to take in 3 cups wed, 2cups thur, 1 cup fri but I really don't think there's any need to cut water until Friday now. I've never used a diuretic for fear of showing up flat or cramping.

i cant remember the exact water protocol off he top of my head, but it was more or less drink alot until 5pm night before, then just sip water until needed till show time...

i think 6 weeks of fast acting gear is all you need personaly, specialy i your doing qualifier then final, that could be another 4 to 6 weeks later ( and another 4 to 6 on all that gear!!) as is the case in uk......

actualy,,, id drop the glucosamine as its a totaly worthless compound that doesnt do anything for your joints what so ever, id drop the vit c dose to just 1000mg as you realy dont need more then that everyday and is just more stress on your poor body, you dont need 2 doses of vit&mins either..
i dont think id drop all the test for 3 weeks as i dont think it causes you to hold water as much as some claim, id ad arimidex along side the nolva for the last 6 weeks too.... but thats just me being picky!

I actually dont think any vitamins are needed. Get all the vitamin you need from berries and greens and various protein sources Only vitamin that is needed is vitamin d imo

muscle is built in the offeason, not when dieting. run gear year round if you want to be big, and stay lean so you can bulk for longer and diet for shorter. when prepping, drop calories just a couple hundred below maintanence, and add in some cardio when/if needed. keep lifting heavy and youll stay big.. drop the weights and try to burn fat with your workouts and youll end up losing muscle. these huge cycles would be better off if you spread the gear out, stayed on continuously year round. this game isnt a sprint, its a marathon.. that being said, the guys who win are sprinting for the whole fucking marathon. ;)

agree Tbombz. If your young though I dont think there is any need to get on huge doses. Your gonna have to look like a fitness model before you look like a bber anyways. All these guys burn out fast and ruin their physiques.

i dissagree,,,,, when your young you can totaly transform your body, in some ways i think i wasted my time in my late teens playing it safe... id of rather never touched drugs in the 1st place or realy went home and done what it takes to make a propper impact

this way he develops all the muscle mass he can according to his genetics, at the age of 27 he will be a MONSTER.
ONCE THE GUY IS ABLE TO CREATE THE MUSCLE BASE(then this muscle base as muscle memory stays with you)---THEN ALL HE WOULD NEED IS TO BE ON FOR 4-6 MONTHS A YEAR TO PREP FOR A COMP.

My dietary recommendation to this guy would be to (on cycle or off cycle)
eat Protein = 2-2.5 grams x "lean body mass"
Fats= 0.5 grams x "lean body mass"
Carbohydrate - as required if he feels bloated then reduce carbs or feels flat then add more carbs
NEVER OVER-EXPECT FROM A GREAT DIET
Always train heavy on cycle or off cycle[/b]
this way he develops all the muscle mass he can according to his genetics, at the age of 27 he will be a MONSTER.
ONCE THE GUY IS ABLE TO CREATE THE MUSCLE BASE(then this muscle base as muscle memory stays with you)---THEN ALL HE WOULD NEED IS TO BE ON FOR 4-6 MONTHS A YEAR TO PREP FOR A COMP.

actually what i also like here is that masteron isn't added before 8 weeks out and is the only ai used until 4 weeks out...imo, you shouldn't kill all estro too early, it will only give you joint pain, headache, sex and skin problems...it's better to keep yourself little watery and a lot happier ;D the idea is to destroy your estrogen fast and effectively and then after the show get it back up again...healthier, easier to handle and more effective!

I don't see a need for Masteron in this play if Tren-a, winny and halo is being used; in most cases the tren and winny will harden you up as much as possible and with the added halo it will know doubt...IMO the Masteron is overkill.
I also don't care for taking the test out for a full 4wks. Test will give you a fuller look and there's no reason to be concerned with water retention when you're on test if your diet and prep is on point. The earliest I'll ever pull test out of a guy is 10 days out and in many cases, and it's a case by case basis I'll have them keep it in all the way to the show.
T3, a lot of guys are simply going to need more than 25mcg, some want but more will.
I'd also prefer an AI throughout...will keep estrogenic sides at bay as well as aid in more efficient fat loss.
