1.5 inch lost on shoulders (now 48.5 was 50)
1 inch lost on chest (43 now was 44)
0.8 lost on waist, now 31.2 (was 32)
0.7 lost on arms now 15.3 (was 16)
1.5 inch lost on legs now 24, (was 25.5) Yayyyyy so happy about this one.

Only 18lb more to lose, I want 154lb.

600 calories daily now, don't really think I can go lower.

Just wanna sleep all the time.

I measure my arms, etc every week hoping they have grown, interesting to see someone else do the exact opposite.

This diet made me lose 80lbs in 7 months, so hardly think losing a shitty 18lb's is gonna be that tough for me.

I don't think I am that bad to need psychological help, maybe few years back but not now.

Serious point by doctor said I have "body dysmorphia" but I think he is full of shit.

Truth is I always see myself as "the fat guy" from my obese days and ALWAYS scared to get fat.

I go on scale about 6 times a day and don't drink water sometimes at night cos I know when I weigh myself in the morning I don't want weight to go up.

Scale is the only thing I have control over really.

Also my x fiance was severely bulimic, she had a big influence on my head etc.

Oh by the way bro I know this is gonna sound gay BUT I was working shoulders and legs today and totally thought about something you said in my workout, like I ACTUALLY thought about you in my workout. (so gay I know haha)

I was doing rear delt's raises and I realized I was cheating too much.

So I made the weight lighter, kept my elbows TOTALLY straight and pointed out my wrists (usually I point them in, this 1/4 inch was the absolute key difference) and suddenly all the tension was on my rear delts all the time and WAS FUCKING BRUTAL AGONY BURN......

...Like doing them YOUR WAY, I struggled to do 9 reps with 8 kilo dumbbells.

So thanks for that got to give credit where its due.

I personally think you should jump on a low dose of test, hit the weights hard as possible and eat relatively clean. Do cardio as well if you have the time and energy but this will recomp your physique and I am postive you will look great.

Probably lot of truth in what you say, but I can't help it, I am being serious, too much history, I need go gym long time cos it makes me normal (nothing to do with like aesthetics/optimal training etc) more time spent in gym means less time thinking about, craving, having feelings about other shit that can really fuck me up, like going Camden and getting baggie etc

comeone at least keep the metabolism somewhere at 1000-1500cals ballpark.

and do some steroids or there wont be much left off of you.

The human body is not designed to live on 600 cals daily..hell, even 12-1300 is too little. On top of that you are working out too much. Your adrenals are shot from all the stimulants and the low cals plus stimulants are frying your nervous system destroying the mielin. Like that is not enough, you fuck it up even more with your so called diet.

I disagree. It is NOT healthy.

I was a programmed person in secret mind control experiments bla bla fucking bla .. when I started interacting with other people who lived through programming, I did notice a "trend". the very very low calorie diets or eating artificially induced at fist...400-800 cals a day. Not by accident, nazi concentration camps had the same amount of calories becasue they were massive mind control experiments.

This has zero to do with bodybuilding. When you deal with a specifically programmed person, throw out of the window the science books because their mind works differently and their body implicitly.

So when I spot the obviously familiar, I will call it out. But people think I am nuts. But I am not  ;D

Also, those specific people use sugars to regulate the blood sugar and cigarettes to ground. They are all very addictive personalities and are considered "weird" by the general population. However, when you understand all this mess, nothing is weird. Everything has a very logical scientific explanation.

So I would never advocate going under a certain number of calories. I believe in healthy eating and slight manipulations to get a desired look.

Yeah I know, I was taking Craze 3 months non stop over summer every day and was doing higher doses (I got high tolerance to stims generally)  when I came off I literally didn't want to go gym anymore, like massive comedown for like 2 months.

But still it got me pretty jacked combined with low carb diet and Arimidex.

Got to get into that condition again for summer.

i used to eat ephedra like smarties

i crashed bad when i came off that

but you normalise and get used to training without being wired

the body has a great ability to stabilise when you come off something

Junior that is ridiculous to call yourself obese! You are probably around 18-20 percent fat judging from my own experience. That isn't a bad ratio at all and you shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Excuse me for saying but I think because you lost a lot of weight previously you now have a complex about it. You don't need to, relax, keeping training and all will be good.

You look 16% there. You need to start juicing and lifting like a man. Keep a clean diet of around 1,500 calories. Heavy compound movements are key. Have a cheat day once a week.

Also, those specific people use sugars to regulate the blood sugar and cigarettes to ground. They are all very addictive personalities and are considered "weird" by the general population. However, when you understand all this mess, nothing is weird. Everything has a very logical scientific explanation.

So I would never advocate going under a certain number of calories. I believe in healthy eating and slight manipulations to get a desired look.

Alright so lets do some math.

So if I am 169lb now @ 18 BF  (169 x 18% = 30.42lb) so for me to get down to 9% BF would mean I have to lose 15.21lb more)

So I am fucking 100% right i need to come in at 153.79lb, THANK YOU VERY FUCKING MUCH.

Since every lb lost = 3500 calorie deficit, mean I need to create (3500 x 15.21lb = 53,235 thousand calorie deficit)

So if I run a daily calorie deficit of 2000 a day by eating 600 calories a day on top of doing training etc = 53,235 divided by 2000 = 26 days...

FUCKING PERFECT,

So I should be able to get down to 154lb within 26 days (lets just call it a month)

So I should be 154lb by end of March, then if I start immediately juicing Test + Anavar means by June I should be ok or okish.

At least no total shit anyway.

Morning (preworkout)

10g BCCA
2 scoop craze

Did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps for about 1 hour 45 minute

(no cardio now, I can't do cardio, I stopped completely cardio)

After workout:
10g BCCA
1 x scoop Gold Standard Whey (less than 4g carbs)


about 4.00pm

6-7 almonds
3 small walnuts
3 x small olives
1/4 chicken leg (very small, no skin)

......I feeling real fucking sick now, my heart being doing weird rhythms all day.

Should I go eat something, feels like quitting....what I should eat.

I want sleep so I don't binge.

maybe if I survive 2 more day I can do carb up on Saturday

I am not sure how I can convey what I feel to you and my current mindset in a way which I feel might make some sense to you but I will give it a go.

I have come a long way in my journey from 253lb obese to as low as 165lb, and dealt with a lot of emotions on the way. Can you talk about the difference how you were treated especially by girls but also in general, when you were obese compared to when you are thin/in shape.

I've been both very fat and fit (not bodybuilder huge  :() and the difference is night and day. Somewhere in the middle now but getting better thanks to the galeniko method.

there is NOTHING magic about fasting, if it did 'work' the way the retards proposing it thought it did it would be a BAD thing for bbing, but luckily IF doesn't actually do what they think it does

lowering systemic IGF1 is not something you want.

100g carbs a day is ideal for lifting imo, any lower and you just flirt with keto without getting the 'benefits' of keto, any higher and hard to lose fat (for sluggish older endos like us)

my record is 60hrs no foods, but after a 15k cal all at once binge.

but that was a whole party weekend, time realy flew by.

but 600cals is why it laster for long in this case, for the better.

Longest I've gone without food was 7 days. That's of course the IV meth diet. I don't recommend it.

my 1st big diet years ago was 1600cal/daily, 30min cardio daily and a modified Yates lifting routine. I lost 110 pounds. It sucked. I dont have the time or drive to diet like that anymore, career, wife, family make it imlossiblr to diet hardcore consistently, always running here or there, have to grab food out, etc... this time I statted at 2600 @ 320lbs and worked down to 2200 cal @ 240ish lbs before I hopped on gear, all just eating decent lean meats with condiments and brown rice/wheat bread.... much easier to sustain long term (especially while natty) and wound 70 looking much better.

its noy the fastest way to lose fat but IMHO its the easiest when extremely fat,especially in a long enough timeframe to get a lot of fat off and to KEEP it off. Crash diets when extremepy fat are not condusive to keeping ghe weivhf off, people just go bacl to their old eating habits because fhey didnt learn how to eat moderately and make better food choices.
