and my diet has basically been this....
meal 1: 100 grams of Spanish ham
meal 2: 400 grams of chicken breast
that's about 120 grams of protein
now I'll lessen up the severity of it and add in some carbs and maybe a bit more protein
I'll add oatmeal to meal 1, and maybe some gummi bears to meal 2
when I was RIPPED my ab skinfold was 4 mm, but either 6 mm or 8 mm will be lean enough

Consider adding 300g of lawn trimmings to meal 2 for crazy energy.
Also consider fucking yourself.

actually I do
strength is down a bit, but not that much
been reading lots on pprotein intake and the high range goes up to 1.5 to 2 grams per per pound of lean bw
maybe I'll jump up to 1.5
hopefully my buddy disgusted will chime in with some valuable advices

just got tested at 13.2%
I'll take it down to 10-11% then add in cals an attempt a recomp, by taking it down further to 7-8% while losing fat and gaining muscle

10 days ago you said this was your daily diet
Charles put 'em on the Glass, Dante and sons, 15, and the max ot protocol all advise up to 2 grams of protein per pound
currently I'm at 1.5 and it's going well but I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and bump it to 2
here's my current diet
break: 400 grams cottage chesse
lunch: 3 cans of tuna and 1 roman noodles
din-din: 400 grams of chicken or turkey
that's 250 grams of protein and maybe about 1500 cals
so are the 4 horseman, Glass, Dante, 15, and max-ot guy correct ???

10 days ago you said this was your daily diet
it was, but it wasn't stripping fat off fast enough, so I had to lower the cals even more
yesterday all I ate was 400 grams of chicken breast
I'll up the calls back up either tomorrow or on Monday and start the recomp
this diet I'm following now is basically the Cybergenics 14 day rapid fat loss, and also pyle smackdonalds rapid fat loss diet
oh a keto kid, according to mouthstinko and blow one and their diet there is no such thing as "metabolic damage" or whatever you wanna call it chief, check their diet and pdf and you will see they said so
I'm only doing this extreme diet for a few days dummy
