and my diet has basically been this....
meal 1: 100 grams of Spanish ham
meal 2: 400 grams of chicken breast
that's about 120 grams of protein
now I'll lessen up the severity of it and add in some carbs and maybe a bit more protein
I'll add oatmeal to meal 1, and maybe some gummi bears to meal 2
when I was RIPPED my ab skinfold was 4 mm, but either 6 mm or 8 mm will be lean enough
