If i knew that it would blow up, then i would have fucking kept them but no way to see what would happen 6 years down the line But i needed the money at the time to move from Sylva to Greenville.
But thats it. Never mentioned it because i'd doubt thst anyone would believe that i could have been a millionaire

I held off on responding because I didn't want to look like I was pimping my Youtube page but the reason I started the Youtube channel is because my fans wanted me to...plain and simple for quite some time. Aaron Singerman finally convinced me to get onboard with Youtube which I've done and its been surprisingly successful to where I should have done it a long time ago as I could have had 1000's of videos by now but it makes no difference. I am catching up now on things and I'm making sure that my videos are fun to watch, informative, and not boring.
As far as my weight is concerned, I'm in good health with a few exceptions but Dave Palumbo helped out a bunch in getting me the right information. But I'm training and doing cardio and that's what matters.
I'm definitely not Christian Duque as he is full of himself and is an asshole to everyone not to mention someone who likes to lick Jim Manion's ass crack like it was a Hershey's candy bar.
My videos are mainly about bodybuilding but I enjoy discussing things in my personal life like this video of me demonstrating some telemarketing skills. SUBSCRIBE AND ENJOY THE MENT.

My thoughts and/or opinions are not representative of the owner's views (i.e. Ron). I say all sorts of shit that isn't kosher, but that doesn't mean that Ron is on board. He knows my style and we work well together. I also find Shizzo to be entertaining. I also find you to be entertaining Basilie. I also find many of our members to be very funny and entertaining. That doesn't mean I give anyone a free pass. That just means I don't take myself so seriously. It's an online bodybuilding forum for fuck's sake, we aren't curing cancer here. Just the mere existence of "professional" bodybuilding in some circles (say the highly affluent and wealthy) is considered a damn parody of slavery or blatant homosexualism. We all come here for entertainment, to share and learn about a multitude of topics. Bodybuilding is the revolving theme behind it all, but we are no longer limited by only discussions that surround themselves around bodybuilding. Not everyone here wants to be an NPC competitor, IFBB pro or gym owner. Many of us have other careers and hobbies that do not merely revolve around "lifting" and eating out of tupperware.

The only person who has a problem with it is you and some other people. But i love my home. Its the first home i ever owned in my life. I worked hard to save and get it. I took a dull and uninspiring box and added my personal touches to make it a warm and inviting place. I'm very proud of what I've done with it and i don't care what you or anyone else thinks.

I sure hope your assumptions are true in his case, because frankly it would be sad if they're not. I find that typically, the apple does not fall far from the tree when it comes to these online personalities. The general demeanor that many guys have on here tends to be how they are in real life.
For instance, I can always tell a lot about a person based on their grammar. The way in which they communicate, the pace they take, descriptions they use are all ways of understanding what experiences they've had throughout life. Sure, there are some exceptions, like foreigners that do not have a strong command of the English language and we've seen that here over the years, but this guy is American and you can pick that much up by his references. A person can seemingly tell you their whole life story if given enough time to just communicate via written expression.
Some of the members here are masterful in their ability to put forth a picture of who they are. Vince B is exactly as you read his posts to be. Joswift's posts give you a sense of who he is, down to his clever nature and fast wit. You can tell in person he has an edge and isn't afraid to call people out on bullshit. Soul Crusher is an incredibly smart, testosterone-filled, Italian guy that likely has an obsessive compulsive personality and ALWAYS gets all of his tasks done. Shizzo is probably a very chill guy that knows how to laugh at himself in real life and knows what it takes to get under people's skin. Josh is Josh and his style of posting makes that shit very clear (textbook - antisocial personality disorder). Chaos is a fucking man that will beat the shit out of someone if they get out of line. Princess runs a tight ship at home and doesn't fuck around. I can go on and on, as I find there are so many here that communicate very well and put forth pieces of who they are incredibly well, but I digress.

I somewhat explained that in my "Fuck That Shit" thread. Clayton makes money by not only selling the home but also owns the financing company for the home where the interest rate is much higher than a standard home. Property however isn't.

I mean, we've had 5 days of him going through about 10 years of my threads trying to find every little piece of information about my finances....which is still kind of pitiful to say the least. A person my age should at least have about 400k in savings and I'm very far from that. When I was laid off from Alltel in 2007, I had lost a pretty good paying job and even with my business, I had some very low paying jobs for the next 8 years since I lived with my husband in Sylva. I was working at Walmart for 7.95 an hour for 2 years, then worked at Family Dollar for 7.25/hr part time, then Lowes for 5 years for 11.15. Wiped out most of my savings but I'm proud that I never took any government assistance or food stamps and I've been able to stand on my own 2 feet....although there were some days I was really tempted
Because of the circumstances, I started becoming a minimalist years ago and reduced my expenses greatly like buying stuff from Goodwill, using coupons, and not making major purchases or get stuck in credit card debt. My goal is to get my overall living expenses to under 1000 a month which I'm pretty close to. If I can do that, I should be able to live well on my income from my businesses and investments until my social security kicks in. That's the game plan....but as I've said over the years...plans always changes.

Very unlikely. Many people live on leased land. It is wise to have a long lease if it is available. Many riverside condos and homes in Portland sit on leased land. The John's landing area was developed in the 80's with high end condos and $100,000 waterfront homes all of which sit on land with a 100-year lease.
Sometimes living on leased land is not so great. There used to be a manufactured home park in West Linn, OR. Many of the homeowners were seniors who didn't want big yards to maintain, and they liked the amenities the neighborhood offered such as a clubhouse and a large pool. The owner of the land decided to sell it to a developer. Eventually everyone had to move. I believe the developer had to compensate them. It was likely a lot less than they originally paid to purchase their home. These homes were upscale doublewide manufactured houses which cost more to move and reassemble (if possible) than they were worth.
When this happened the home owners were able to delay the sale of the property for a few years by suing the landowner. Different states have varying laws regarding leased land.

Very unlikely. Many people live on leased land. It is wise to have a long lease if it is available. Many riverside condos and homes in Portland sit on leased land. The John's landing area was developed in the 80's with high end condos and $100,000 waterfront homes all of which sit on land with a 100-year lease.
Sometimes living on leased land is not so great. There used to be a manufactured home park in West Linn, OR. Many of the homeowners were seniors who didn't want big yards to maintain, and they liked the amenities the neighborhood offered such as a clubhouse and a large pool. The owner of the land decided to sell it to a developer. Eventually everyone had to move. I believe the developer had to compensate them. It was likely a lot less than they originally paid to purchase their home. These homes were upscale doublewide manufactured houses which cost more to move and reassemble (if possible) than they were worth.
When this happened the home owners were able to delay the sale of the property for a few years by suing the landowner. Different states have varying laws regarding leased land.

but all i was after was a physical win

not your feekings
thats the greatest feeling to have
that you alonee decided to win
then did i know its not much
but like the piano keys of life
i wrote my own symphony
and now for the rest of my life
i can listen to its melody

Vince I just looked in the mirror and saw an entirely different person than the one I always had been.
I sat around like a sloth and did absolutely nothing for 5 years, eating junk food almost exclusively, and chain smoking cigarettes.
I had a gut.....first time I ever had a gut in my entire life.
I started back doing pathetic pushups....and I mean the few I could muster up were pathetic. LOL :D
Anyway, just kept making my training more and more progressive and started to eat more like a bodybuilder and health minded person and literally transformed how I look.
Making slow and steady progress but of course I`m far from done.
