Not really anti Mcrobert. Just more abbreviated routines for people who don't really want to train...just like McRobert.

utter rubbish.. try this routine with some intent ! alternate these two routines

Routine A                              Routine B
squat                                            seated press
Bench press                                   stiff-legged or regular deadlifts
pullup                                            Parallel bar dips

Would do nothing for me. I do a proper bodybuilding routine. This is for people who don't really want to train.
