yes ..i love Bill Pearls Book "keys to the inner Universe" lots of free weight exercises, i enjoyed talking to him 3 times on the phone

Reeves Deadlifts are very hard to do. Hurts my fingers to hold the weights like that. :D

Seated Broom stick twists.. back in the day i always started my ab workouts with 3 sets of 200 reps of these ;D
I did enjoy doing them & mainly trained my abs at home, still like them as a warm up :) but not 3x 200, 2x 50 is enough

You can't even find a classic type Roman Chair for sale.
They are not made anymore.
Search for "Roman Chair" and all you find is hyperextension benches.

yes & it´s a shame because it´s a great exercise
I have a small sit up Bench which is these days called a Roman chair but at a slight angle, interesting to note is guys like Arnold put a block of wood under their original Bench to slightly incline it.
maybe why they are now inclined & not flat as before.

They did indeed do some exercises that we nowadays shun, nonetheless they did indeed build good physiques & strong backs
