No, there is no evidence that estrogen levels are any different in gays than in straights. There is evidence that various hormones in the womb do affect sexual orientation. There is a lot of scientific evidence that sexual orientation is biological.
But sexual orientation is not a yes/no 1/0 type of thing. It is a range, let's say 0-6 (the Kinsey scale). People on the 0-1 end of the scale would find it impossible to be attracted to people of the same sex, while people on the 5-6 end of the scale would find it impossible to be attracted to people of the opposite sex. People in the middle could choose to behave one way for a while, then the other, or both. Some believe that your location on the Kinsey scale can change over the years. There is some evidence that this is true for women, not so much for men.
I'm definitely on the 4-5-6 end of the scale. I can choose to be celibate, but why? I cannot choose who I'm attracted to, or who I fall in love with.

The best current scientific evidence states that biological, genetic pre-disposition, and environmental/social circumstance are all factors that can influence sexual preference. I think Tim's scale is the right way to think about it cause there are straight people that, when put in a certain environment, are interact physically with the same sex...but other straight people that no matter what environment they are in or however inebriated, they have no desire for the same sex.

This is something every person (or at least 97% of all people) can relate to.
For example, I've been a 'schmoe' since birth. That is, with regards to preferences, I've preferred athletic women for as long as I can remember. There was no defining moment or event where I began liking strong chicks - I've just always been this way. It has nothing to do with my environment either. Sure, there were fast girls in the neighborhood who knew how to play basketball, but every neighborhood has one or two of those, right? My mother and grandmother were not athletic.
It's a preference that I have and I cannot recall a time when it did not exist within me. Now, I will admit that the fact I've taken it to the level of making it my business is a bit extreme, but liking girls with nice triceps is not something that I can decide NOT to do.

It's a common spirit. There IS a spirit of homosexuality. If you look at me...you CANNOT tell that I like Chevy's over Fords...you just cant. If I walked into a room or spoke to you...you couldnt tell that I prefer vanilla over chocolate. Thats choice! The reason why you can mere glance at someone and know or can tell they are gay...its because of a familiar spirit. The mannerisms, the lispy high helium filled voice...the common interest in certain music or musucial acts...or interest in fashion, hairstyling etc...all sterotypes but true. That isnt coincidence...even their facial structure changes.
Same w/ gay women...mannerisms, interests etc...even their physical features change naturally. Its a demon controlling them. Kind of like a curse...sins of the fathers passed through the bloodline.
God made men for women and women for men. Satan, who is a direct mockery of everything God intended...is the creator of homosexuality. homosexuality is a direct mockery of what is right.

according to the bible..peter and few apostles were married and had children but it didnt mean that they didnt do their marriage and family obligations....not only that but these men were jewish and in the jewish religion, homosexuality is abominable and the law back then was if a man was caught with a man, they were put to death and their lives were forfeite. jesus died a virgin, he kept all the laws and commandments. he died sinless

You see the same thing in the Middle East today - groups of men wearing robes (and rumored not to wear underwear) spending all their waking hours with one another. There's no group of humans in the world who are NOT 'carnal beings', so when they aren't busy beating and raping the women, what do you think they're doing with one another?
