I don't need a gym bag I got a gym in my house. This was an oblique post it wasn't about size but you act like I have none. Meanwhile I beat you today yesterday and 20 years ago my arm is the size of my godamn leg

Seriously I like you coach but let's be honest that is a dogshit excuse to look like a fat fuck now and show pics of the time you dieted and were in shape on stage. Perfect example about 15 years ago some fat fuck was trying to show a girl a pic of his abs from his last contest on his cell phone in a bar. I literally pulled up my shirt and showed her my abs. Which do you think was more relevant in that situation???? No one gives a fuck what anyone used to look like yesterday or last year or how many trophies they have at home. Bodybuilding is today right now what do you look like today is what counts. Do you hasve abs in that pic well sort of you look depleted you have loose skin and no full rounded lumpy muscle bellies on the abs or the side yes you are 57 so I get that but there is a massive difference between losing all fat and water and actually making you ab muscles pop from training. You can't walk down the beach and flex that shit it doesn't pop. Whats more impressive on the beach being in actual shape or tellign someone you were in shape once and showing them a grainy photo? Just stop it I have seen a video you made I have seen your webpage yes you are kind of big no you don't carry year round condition you are a chubby guy who cuts weight for bodybuilding that is not the same as actually being in shape year round. Like you said you are death face in your pic I am bloated full and happy in mine and my shit still pops more because its not just a lack of fat and water but an actual lumpy strong core you are seeing.

Two weeks ago I did a legit weigh in at 231lbs because Wes said I was small I ate for like 2 weeks straight and got over 230 but yes I was uncomfortable and a little bloated. So I switched my supplementations around and dropped the overeating to drop some water as was feeling uncomfortable. I am now sitting at 215lbs am empty. The real issue is I overdid chest thursday and now have some internal bleeding and some kind of cyst forming deep in my armpit may have possibly restrained it going up in weight so going to have to take a full week off chest now.

I believe Bob Paris is the best example of what happens when a genetically gifted bodybuilder leaves the game completely but stays in good general fitness shape:
