Everyone who knows him probably knew his girlfriend's name.  It's patently obvious he used her name on the billboard.  His goal was to publicly humiliate her by disclosing intimate details of her private life.  There should be no place in our society for stuff like this.     




Not sure on this one - I could go both ways (like Blacken, hehe).  Flag burning, Phillips clan, etc., and it's all protected speech so I'm not sure why this wouldn't be.

There's nothing stopping him from creating a website and putting all the details out for everybody to see.  Nothing stopping him from posting all the details on facebook and allowing everyone to view.  Not sure why this would be much different.

BTW - not that I condone such immature behavior.



And Straw Man hit it right on the other page - what woman would possibly fuck this douchebag now? haha

I see your point, although I don't think he should be able to put up a website, etc. disclosing her private information either.  That's the issue for me (invasion of privacy).  Nobody should have the right to disclose your private information to the public without consequences.  It's not right.
