He has posted at least 3 threads about his “weight gain” during the past 48 hours. He eats all day, and weighs himself after every meal. He finds this lifestyle to be exciting.

Well I am not a physicist I don't pretend to understand gravity. I just go by what the scale tells me. But I thought after dieting to 198 you would all stop pretending I was 185lbs since I have clearly added more weight and do actual video scale weigh ins. This is why I will probably just go as a super heavy next time. Then you can't pretend I am 200 or 190 anymore. But really its getting old but hey haters going to hate. I am just going to do me and keep growing you have to Trust the process I know the cuts will be there when I pull back for a day. I feel I have earned the right to do this my way now
You did it your way for your contest........took no advice.

Or I could already be 231lbs

With edema, as predicted.  Bhanks it is not normal for an active mobile healthy person to have edema.  Even if you are taking OTC 'supplements,' or things which are prescribed, or replacement therapy, or however you want to characterize whatever you're taking, you are having a side effect.  You should figure out what is causing it and cut back.

Bhank, It looks like it is time for you to think about a new hairstyle. Shaved or close cut crewcuts work well when you're mostly bald as long as you have a well shaped head. A side benefit is no need to go to the barber or stylist, just buy a good electric shaver. Norelco makes a pretty good product if you select one of their more expensive models. What's more, it is the go to hairstyle for many bodybuilders because high levels of testosterone tend to advance balding.

Ok, but everyone knows, if you drop something it falls downward. ;)

Same as, you don't need to have PH D in biochemistry to know:
If you do foolish, extreme wt drop  prep, you're going to look flat and get bad results.

I can tell you from personal experience, that I LISTENED to fellow competitors I trusted before every contest I did.
As the contest drew near, I'd always do some check posing with someone in the gym .
Sometimes it was a simple ab or leg pose in the gym mirror with them watching.

THEN, they would give me some honest feedback.
For example, they'd often say I was close , but still needed to drop a bit more fat and dial in better.
I KNEW that meant I needed to diet a bit harder , pose and do a but more cardio and get tighter.

I never used a diuretic either and those can drain muscle fullness and cause cramping.
If you get low enough BF%, you don't need 'em anyway.

Bhank has no other competitors in his life, he trains at home. He prepped for 5 days. This was a learning experience, next show he will be at 0% body fat.

For starters, nobody can be alive and get down to 0% BF  ;D
I suspect BHanks meant getting totally ripped and not a literal 0%.

This is one of the reasons I suggested he join a good gym with other serious trainers .

Notice that when he was posting DURING the contest, he was willing to admit the others were bigger and better.
That's a normal response from anyone training in isolation. Once he got back into his own world , he posted pics that made him look  good
and made outrageous claims of his future contest success.

In fairness to BHanks, he could be a decent regional masters-40  bodybuilder .
He's never going to be a top pro but neither was  Wes, or I and we did ok.

No.

Next show bhank will be the first person to ever register a negative body fat percentage

I'll go ahead and predict -2% right here and now - I believe in the next level mutantions!!!
