In my opinion, he was better at the Olympia a week earlier, he was drier and had better separation.

However, after watching the videos I've concluded 98O was Ronnie's best. His back was at it's best and he was at his driest. Hopefully the video will show up on YouTube soon.

A few things stand out after watching that:

1. no one has had better biceps and probably arms overall than Ronnie did in 99. Notice how good even his triceps are in the opening moments.

2. his back lat spread pump up routine was insane.

3. his quads were sliced.

4. he was holding water in the midsection. This was not the case at the Olympia a week earlier.

oh, and I agree that Dorian was never better than that

Ronnie was far drier in 98 with superior separations. Have you seen the 98O video? Fucking amazing. WHen he is walking down the ramp his density is unbelieveable. Hard to believe he was only 248lbs (same as Cormier, but he made Cormier look like a child)

ronnie does look great in that clip.

but on VHS he looks better. (see i said the same thing about dorian).

i have both the 98 and 99 vids, and i think 98 ronnie looked better.

however, after seeing the clips of dorian in 96, i think dorian would still win.

93 and 95?

I think the left arm would be far too much of a disadvantage against Ronnie in this sort of shape.. It was already bad before the tear, but post tear, it was horrible.

no one's back has ever even been close to that. not even remotely close. ronald's biceps there were also far and away the best ever. not even close.

levrone had the greatest triceps ever by far.

Hulkster, you are in no position to say which years ROnnie's back was best as you haven't seen the 98O

Ronnie's back was easily better in 98 over 99 due to the fact that it was much drier in 98. In comparison, 99 looked watery.

Amazing, he still had a gut and no calves. But damn he's got a lot of muscle! Watch him when he's pumping his bicep - a ton of BB's do that and nothing really happens, but Ronnie's explodes!

guess where dorian would have placed 98-2005?

dorian was awesome but NO WAY IN HELL does he beat the ronald in that clip. its not even remotely close.
