A few things stand out after watching that:
1. no one has had better biceps and probably arms overall than Ronnie did in 99. Notice how good even his triceps are in the opening moments.
2. his back lat spread pump up routine was insane.
3. his quads were sliced.
4. he was holding water in the midsection. This was not the case at the Olympia a week earlier.
oh, and I agree that Dorian was never better than that
