What's enova oil? Then firms up and stays around for a couple weeks. So it's not in one spot, but remains long enough that it can stretch the muscle w/o having to inject every other day. MCT does that to a point, but not very well.And, oddly enough, it seems that the oil in QV (I don't know what they use) takes like 3 weeks to fully dissapate. But, it hardly spreads in your muscle, so it's lame in place of MCT because it always makes prominent lumps.
