HOW DO YOUR FOREARMS COMPARE???

Arthur Jones has made the following measurements:

Bill Pearl 13 3/4"
Arnold Schwarzenegger 14" cold
Franco Columbo 13 1/3"

the largest he ever measured where Sergio's at 15 1/2" cold
Casey Viator also almost had 15 1/2" with 7 1/2" wrists

Both Mentzers had 7 1/2 inch wrists and Mike 15  1/4" and Ray 15 9/16"

Now the thing is you're supposed to measure you forearms when straight out and not bent.

I measured mine at 13 5/8th cold.

What's yours?

I wonder how big Gunnar Rosbo's forearms were? I bet he had ALL these guys bested with ease.

problem is arms are all you have and even there the biceps ain't that good, no chest, shoulders, back or probably legs.

lee's are prob over 15 tho under 16. dont forget he is a dwarf.

my wrist s are 7", forearms out straight are over 14.5" not quite 15" tho when goosenecked they are nearly 16.

frank mcgraths are over 17" so no way lees are 19

Joe Roark measured Lee Priest's forearms at 15 3/4" straight out, 17" goosenecked. Powerlifter Doug Young's forearms were 16.7" goosenecked.
