The board press is a pretty standard auxiliary movement for shirted bench pressers.

Yeah, it helps to train different ranges of motion in the BP.  I've seen guys go up to 7 boards (I've only gone up to 5 myself but that was for a comp. a couple years ago).

it helps build the middle part of the press where most of the sticking points are, but this guy isn't using boards so IMO it's just an incomplete rep......not that you give a shit, go flame away!!

Legitimately impressive.

As much as guys will say that lifts sucks cause of the bounce, that lift is a great gym lift.  No shirt, no spotter like you said.  Even what I would call a fairly close grip.  I'm not a Tank fan but I know 600 pounds and I know it's heavy.
