My friend when to Taiwan last summer with her friend. She said people buy all their food from carts on the street. Kind of like a great carnival i guess.  ???  Also, not even the rich people have washing machines.   :-\
Your friend is an idiot.
Hope this helps.  :-*

My low carb question goes unanswered; I found it difficult to go low carb in Korea.
I hate the State.

Wheels ;D ;D

You inspire me, man. I am 32 years old and have been lifting for about 3 years. I always wonder how long I can keep it up.

If you can do it, I can do it.

You're looking ripped!

Based on your lack of answer I can only assume that low carb is difficult in Taiwan.
I hate the State.

If I am stuck with a weight on an exercise for a few weeks (considered that my diet and rest have no problem), does that mean I have reached a plateau? If so, how to break this plateau?

For example, for incline dumbbell press, I can do 12 reps with 20lbs, 30 and 35, I can do 8-9 with 40, and 5-6 with 45. I do all those by myself. I know that, for every next work out, I should increase a little bit weight or do a few more reps that what I did last time. But for a few weeks, I can neither add more weight nor do more reps. What should I do?

If I ask someone to spot me to do 1-2 more reps than the last time, does that work?

Thank you for any idea.

W.

Basically your workout routine is ok.
But bodybuilding is how you lift? not how much you can lift?
and HIGH-INTENSITY is the name of the game.
for my age,I lift much lighter now,but still can improve .
Because I always keep high-intensity trainning as I can.

Keep it up,bro

Hey, Mr. Taiwan,

You ever punch anybody in the face?

Just curious.

Only if he's collecting money for the Bamboo-Sprout-Society.

But that's a secret, so let's keep it this way.
