Fella take you picture need do shrugs. Traps small and little develop. Arms weak too.
yes, traps is always one of my weak groups.
And I did doing shrugs in my shoulders routine too.
My upper arms never over 17" in my life :-\

but some Americans, Aussie who training in my gym, went to Dragon Boat Rowing contest today.

that's good that you take off two days.....have you had the chronic shoulder pain for years?....I always hate shoulder pain because it affects every other exercise that I do...

Thanks for your advice.
I did a lot deadlifts back to my early lifting days, and have had a chronic disc problem since 30 years ago.
now i don't do any deadlifts. :-\
