yes, traps is always one of my weak groups.And I doing shrugs in my shoulders routine. My upper arms never over 17" in my life

I really think you are massively overtraining, musclecenter......you look very good but still..I think you might look better if you gave your body more rest??
you maybe right.due to chronic shoulders pain, I take 2 days off to rest.
must admit you train with a heavy,heavy load of volume. I agree that you MUST rest. With regards to your Traps ( as a GetBigger mentioned them ) are you doing Deadlifts? sorry if i missed it in your posts.
