now i don't do any deadlifts.
Ok thanks. I can still do them and they really hit my traps. your physique is outstanding and i like your training split but as i said for me it would be too much. I did before a split where i hit each muscle hard 2x a week but i got shoulder problems too(Bursitis,over use of a joint) as you know shoulders are common in Bodybuilding. It is hard to take a break but you got to do it ! Anyway feel free to send me a free copy of your book..
