CALORIES ARE BUILDING BLOCKS ADONIS PRINCIPLES AT WORK

when you diet you dont have these building blocks or calories. one should strive to eat at least 5-8000 calories a day depending upon how tall you are. when you take calories away or these building blocks you are taking away the foundation the brick, the wood, the nails and then you are left with a shitty one story house or look 'ripped'

one must do more weightlfiting or perhaps sprints (safer on joints than running) to keep bodyfat in check


again there also comes a point when gains stop coming easily even when eating a shitload of food that is when you should only back off eating for a few days to give your body a break , then go back to forcefeeding 6-8000 calories or whatever and youll notice gains again

ive also found when eating like this i dont have to do as many sets to build muscle, because all the extra calories are doing the building for you. but of course to keep bodyfat in check do alot of compound exercises for calorie burning, i prefer sprints

if you get your body adjusted to eating 8000 calories or a 4 story house you will be pretty strong if you can eat that much. for a natural the limit to how big you can get is how many calories you can eat daily.

 over 10 years of eating 8000 calories day in and day out you will have 8000calories x 365 days x 10 years worth of muscle preferably going up to 9000 calories on weekends to make sure of it.....

then dieting would be a peice of cake cause all you would have to do is eat 6500 to 7000 calories to get ripped and on weekends bump it back up to 9000 calories to boost your metabolism

i prefer to eat 4 big twin cheesburgers at hardees around 550 calories per sandwich so thats around 2100 cals
a box of krispy kremse another 2100 calories
a whole pizza 1500 calories
8 tacos from taco bell i think around 1600 calories
4 butter loaded waffles 1200 calories
1 bowl of uncle sam cereal for fiber 500 calories

plus other snacks

brings me at about 8000 calories

right you dont need to get fat, im not saying get fat.

when the gains in strength and or muscle slow down cut back some on calories and watch the bodyfat fall off like water up to a point of course. i would only cut calories for a few days then go back to pigging out like crazy to build

i wouldnt really consider offseason lee fat, but yeah weve all seen the kfc pics, its actually easy to fluctuate and be cut in record time when you have alot of muscle, it is also easy to 'look' fat.

for me i can fluctuate 20-30 pounds in a week if im trying to diet for a mrgetbig contest or pigging out everyday

Daddywaddy and I have long limbs which is a HUGE advantage over the short-armed midgets.

We have more muscle per square inch and are able to ingest more calories as a result.

No. He simply has more muscle per square inch and also burns through massive amounts of calories as his workouts and 6-7 day regimen dictate.

i also have a fast methabolism, and since i have difficulty keeping my diet in range, maybe i should combine that.......... hey, never know!!!

all i know is i need lots of foods to keep what i have gained, i'm not saying your method is accurate but change is good for muscles!

Do you ever notice adipose fat tissue building or nasty lipo thats hard to get rid of when your getting shredded?   I am not a natural bodybuilder but i am curious about these "principles". I use clean food and still make decent gains. I feel that when unnecessary lipo is put on it just ends up costing me hard earned muscle because i have to diet longer. Just wanna see where your at on this.
