the guy is not going deep enough at all. hes doing partial reps MAYBE. as far as i am concerned, he needs to go down to parallel or very close to parallel for the lift to count. squats are my favorite excercise. i remember starting out with 135 lbs, 10 sets of 10 reps, ass to the ground. 18 months later and i am now doing 315 lbs, 10 sets for 10 reps. they hurt like a guy, but ive got my thighs to 28 inches. shit, it takes me about 55 minutes to do all 10 sets with 315 lbs, but shit they are great for mass. but yeah, that dude, in the video would be better off doing 315 lbs for reps and many sets (volume).
