The Summer Warriors Are HERE!

It is beautiful here in Las Vegas, and the summer GYM Warriors are HERE!

Bunch of skinny kids, and overweight mama's tryin to get in shape for the pools at the Hotels

For the summer.  Most of them will never make it in staight for 3 days... 

At least it keeps me entertained a bit at the gym.

Is it like this everywhere else?

Its the second of the 3 waves of fitness.

Wave 1.  New years Resolutioners.  You can barely find parking on Jan 2 at your gym and by Jan 7th you can park right in front of the door.


Wave 2. Spring Breakers.  Bunch of punk kids who think they can whip into shape for their beer fest down in Daytona.  Probably what you are seeing right now.


Wave 3. Summer bunch.  They think they can start on Jun 1st to be ripped by 4th of July beach bash.  They never make it past June 4th.

Two older MILFs came into the gym today.  I was doing cardio right next the the table where the two MILF's and a PT were talking.  The PT asked them how much weight they wanted to lose - they replied approx 10 to 15 lbs.  The PT got out a calculator and worked out it would take ONE month, he then stated he would give them a money back gaurentee on the weight loss- I laughed when he said this and they looked over at me, and checked out my package flopping all over the place  ;D
