believe it or not but this is what single digit bodyfat% looks like,,hes about 8% there,,his age is catching up to him but i still think he can win it all coming o,,hes just a freak its hard to come by freaks,,monsters and beasts yes you see them all over but freaks of nature,,hard to come by

This picture really doesn't say much to me...Ronnie never really looks that great in the offseason...The big question is what is his back going to look like...Because Jay's back has surpassed Ronnies in terms of width...Ronnie's only hope is to come in dry as fck...And if he can't spead his lats from the back...Then its safe to say that Ronnie may just be somewhere down around 3rd...Assuming Jay and Victor come in Dry...But its Ronnies show if he can come in Dry and be able to spread his back...

If the picture is any indication ronnie will be slightly worse then last yr with more problems showing due to age.
I think he will come in 10 lbs smaller and he will basically look like a smaller version of last yr .He's thinking he can turn back the clock and come in looking like he did several yrs ago, but he will find out know matter what wieght he comes in at father time will show on him!

On the other hand jay will be bigger and better and probally will distace himself from whomever comes in 2nd this time around, most likely victor martinez!

the front double bi is misleading.

why?

because ronnie's upper arm and elbow are at 90 degrees to one another.

makes his high round biceps look shorter and small.

if we have any shots of him fully contracting I am sure his arms would look a lot better.

here is how they looked at the olympia:

pretty crazy arms at this stage in his career.
