5'10, 216 lbs, not sure bodyfat %. I still have nothing on squadfather, but I think I have made decent progress after incorporating Adams Adonis Principles into my training and Diet.

Nice pic.  I'm actually really curious about these Adonis Principles I've been hearing so much about. Judging from how much complaining and shit talking I hear, they probably work pretty well.  Adonis, if you read this, direct me to a specific location here on the boards or anywhere else where I can get a single, cohesive breakdown.

You guys are too much. Those "Adonis Principles" have been around forever. He didn't invent anything. He just took something already out there and put his name to it ala "Wieder Pyramid Principles" and what not.

Arms are average, legs are big, calfs are small...

What are your strong points? Can you offer any tips on how I can bring up my calfs?

That's slightly off.

Abeles suggests that people can eat whatever they want as long as they meet the caloric need.

Most nutrition experts believe that the body functions better if you eat healthy diet, based on un-processed carbs, good fats and moderate protein. And of course, lots of veggies and some fruits.

But Abeles disagrees with this. He claims "you can eat whatever you want".

Overall, good physique.

Too bad seeing you choosing to fcuk it up with Abeles diet advice.

You would be better off eating healthy foods IMO.

Well not as big as your stomoch rolls or chin, not by a long shot.  But I would bet my legs are considerably bigger than yours. Post a pic and lets see.
