never feel sorry for fat people unless they had a medical reason like having no arms or legs or they a over weight child. if people havent noticed being fat is a choice. no one is forcing you to eat to 2 pounds of bacon for breakfast.  the simple cure is 90mins a week of exercise and eating smaller portions

Why the hell is it so expensive to be skinny? Have you ever thought about that???

Why the hell is the healthy stuff like 7 dollars and the no name crap is 2 bucks.

Why isnt American making it so easy to be fat???

Who the hell is modifying my posts and thread titles?

Fat people = laziness, for crying out loud do you really need large fries with a large big mac, i can go on all day to be honest but i cannot be bothered, the thing is if i see myself putting on 2 or 3 kgs or someone says to me "your putting on weight" i just shackle myself to a treadmill for a hour a day till i lose that weight and then focus on my eating habits and get myself on track
Greed and disgust

Yes my family was worried about my Health and Yes I'm fixing that as of right now. I dont wanna be a BB'r I dont wanna be able to run 5 miles.

Any person with a reasonable amount of cardiovascular fitness should be able to run five miles... it doesn't take an "athlete".  You might wanna reassess this one.

I did not say I would not be able to do it, I said I do not wanna do it.

You gotta remember here I'm not wanting to quote "be as lean as possible". All I wanna do is cut off another 30-40 pounds and bench triple my BW in a contest with a benchshirt on.

My health issues are not a big problem anymore, my bloodwork looks good. And my BP is down so why would I wanna reaccess that? I'm a benchpresser not a fitness/cardio buff.

Fat people = laziness

Again Ari-Gold a totally off beat quote. There are plenty off people out there that are significantly overweight that would work your ass under the table. I am friends with NUMEROUS farmers(live in small Farm town) That are overweight and these guys put in 18 hr days. Many working from sun up to sun day non stop. These guys  work a 40 hr a week job then go home and do all there farm work on top of that. So how can you call Fat people lazy?

You need to think before you classify all Fat people ass lazy. I know plenty of Lazy fat people, but not all are lazy many bust the asses day in and day out!!!!

Hey whats up? You know me I dont take alot of the stuff on this board personally. I just like to have a good conversation. And unfortunate for me I am on the Fatside of this debate, but even if I lean out more all I wanna do is increase my Bench :)

i agree with garraeth it is cheaper, i go to Sam's Club and get two packages of top round for 20 bucks, two 6lb. packages of fresh chicken breasts for 28 bucks, 5 dozen eggs for 5 bucks and four packages of deli style turkey for 8 bucks so that's 60 bucks for the whole week, the carbs altogether probably only come to ten bucks since i've lowered them.

Yup. And with all the $$ you save, you can hire someone to prep all your meals.

Simple math.

exactly, i would say i spend maybe 270 bucks a month on food, next to nothing compared to a lot of people, not eating out at all with the dieting.

I disagree  with you Squad ,It doesn't matter what you eat ,is all about how much money you have ,if you are wealthy ,you are going to be thin , if you are poor you can't afford to be thin so you will be fat , get it

OK now times the by 4, the average US family is 4 people, so now if you are feeding 4 people your $60 just jumped to $240. You can feed a family of 4 for about $150 on cheaper more fattening food. Trust me I've done it before!!! My Grocery bill before I started dieting was about $100 a week. Now it is closer to $150-$175 depending on what I buy and what is on sale. So at the lowend that is $600 per month and that is not even including supplementation on top of that. Thank God I busted my ass to get where I am and now get all that sponsored.

So again I agree to disagree, for the average American home it is more expensive. OH and on top of everything else, you got the price of some home equipment or a annual/monthly gym fee. So we just tacked on at least another $50 to $60 there. So again tell me how is it Cheaper if you are a Fat person trying to get skinny?

You don't need either one.  To go running every day all you need is a pair of sneakers, and to do push-ups, pull-ups, and other body-weight exercises you don't even need that.

Oh, and as already mentioned, if one or two hundred dollars a month one way or another is actually an issue, you're a "poor motherfucker".

She thinks that you have to attend a gym in order to be thin? It helps but is not required.
