Sounds exciting.  I think I'm going to order my copy today.

Hopefully this DVD contains a close up of his anus.

Too many injuries.  I bought Road to Redemption twice, the first one a friend gave it to another friend and I never got it back, so I reordered.  I got a call from the man himself regarding the autograph request, and him asking me why I am reordering.  I asked him why he was jamming a pin in his shoulder between sets of benching, he told me he was having rotator cuff problems, and it alleviated the pain.  I asked him why he doesn't stop benching.....  "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder...."  So the lighter weights must be because his body, like most people that train that hard MUST be breaking down.  (Also evidenced by the many injuries he has incurred)

Wow, so he actually called you because he noticed you ordered a second copy?  I should order it twice if it means being able to speak to the King!

does he eat his grits in the video? its funny to watch him with the spoon choking out the angles of the plate.

but the real question is can he beat a chimp?

I know......every day footage of making a bowl of grits (with 2 slices of cheese) and 2 cups of eggwhites.....and then going through his box of pills. Does anyone know what the hell all those were?? It looked to me like all of those were just vitamins.......

Got to make sure that when he's on his way to the gym or "Black Eye Pea"...that 5 minutes goes to checking out the Hummer/Bentley/Charger (all with spinners) -

This was a bummer of a DVD. Coleman's personality has deteriorated since his first DVD.

I think this is the last DVD I'm going to buy.....at least from Coleman - I'm curious to see what Cutlet puts out next.

i think mitsuru is trying to make it look repetitive.. like he wants to show this is what they have to go through day in and day out.. it shows how structured and planned out their lives have to be... its realistic, but not very entertaining

Back to the question though, isn't it odd that as Ronnie has grown in muscle size he has also gotten weaker?

This is basic stuff, hard to believe you're asking it. First of all his heavy lifts were done for video purposes, aren't part of regular training. Secondly, with age comes injury, meaning that he might still be able to lift same or more but for injuries. Third, size mainly comes from using fairly heavy weights for moderate-high reps.

Why bitch about the DVD when it makes no sense to buy more in the first place?

You expected a disquisition on Heidegger perhaps?
